return policy: solojones may be returned within 30 days for any reason, in original, unworn condition. all solojones are guaranteed from construction defects and may be returned for a full refund or exchange of current product (may be different than original garment) at any time before 90 days due to seam defect or fabric or elastic defects. imperfections due to regular washing or wear are the responsibility of the owner.

delivery: as a unique, hand-made garment, shipping may take up to 5 days from payment receipt. however, we try our best to ship individual orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment via usps priority mail (2-3 business days). orders for items totaling over $50 will receive free shipping. orders under $50 will incur a $5 shipping charge.

wholesale: wholesale orders ship 2 weeks from date of order at the option of the purchaser. wholesale delivery charges are the responsiblity of the purchaser. wholesale customer may determine method of delivery. payment: check, money order or credit card. half of total bill required upon order completion. full terms are net 30 days from date of delivery. past due charges are applied at 5% of the total bill per 30 days past due, at 30 day intervals. no minimums. if you have special requests, please inquire at prettyplease@solojones.com.
